The tourist tax is € 2.10 per guest (aged 14 and over) and overnight stay
The apartment is at your disposal from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival - and we ask you to vacate it by approximately 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
After receiving the written reservation and a confirmatory deposit, the reservation is considered binding. This gives you the guarantee for the reservation of the apartment.
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the consumer protection code, nevertheless we guarantee the following withdrawal conditions:
Please pay for your stay by bank transfer or in cash during the period of your stay (no credit or debit cards).
We recommend a travel insurance before starting your holiday, to be more relaxed in case something happen.
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Guest Pass will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
